Call Recording

The call recording system that is integrated into our Call Handling Solution saves call recordings so that you can find specific calls intuitively. The system gives you the option to select the relevant criteria such as date, time, duration, dialled number and direction (inbound or outbound). All calls are stored as an MP3 or WAV file for easy extraction and can also be emailed to another party for further analysis.
